Description of the structure

For convenience of transportation and installation in a design of a copper the modular principle is put, so the copper consists of two modules, the module of a torch and the module of the heat exchanger. The burner module contains a combustion chamber made of refractory SiC concrete (heat resistance up to 1550 ° C) with a two-zone stepped grate made of chrome-plated steel. The fuel supply and primary air supply intervals in the two zones are regulated automatically and autonomously, and the combustion chamber also has two secondary air zones and a vacuum control system in the burner.
The vertical tubular heat exchanger has built-in special turbulizers, which provide automatic cleaning of the heat exchanger surfaces and provide optimal pressure of the heat flow to the walls of the heat exchanger, which helps maintain a consistently high boiler efficiency over the entire modulation range from 30% to 100%.
The automatic heat exchanger cleaning system operates periodically during boiler operation. Ash with the help of screw conveyors is collected in ashtrays, which are easily transported. In addition to the standard equipment, HERZ Energietechnik offers a centralized ash removal system that will ensure maximum convenience and automation of the system as a whole.The ignition process is automated and takes place with the help of a hot air compressor. The temperature in the burner module is controlled and regulated by the BioControl 3000 automation. The operating cycles and operating time of the cleaning system can be changed depending on the type of fuel.
When designing a heating system with a BioFire boiler, HERZ Energietechnik regulates the use of a buffer tank (accumulator tank) - this is a necessary condition for the correct operation of the system.
