The Alpha plant uses a high-pressure high-pressure steel pump to supply pre-treated water through a system of high-pressure pipelines to individual areas where it is distributed through spray modules. High-performance Micro Drop nozzles provide maximum spraying for a long service life. The pump creates a water pressure of about 70 bar. Tap water undergoes several stages of purification before use thanks to reverse osmosis technology.
The installation is controlled by a PLC controller with a color touch screen. Through the OPC interface it is possible to access the administration, for example, through a common building management system. In addition to the humidity sensor and the integrated safety humidistat, the device also monitors the temperature. The differential indicator of pressure on filter blocks allows to carry out constant monitoring of a working condition of filters.
FTS112 Humidity and Temperature Sensor
The sensor measures the relative humidity and temperature in individual areas of humidity.
If necessary, the humidity level can be adjusted in each zone.

PLC controller
The intelligent PLC controller, with a color touch display, controls the entire water purification process, as well as humidity and temperature sensors, which ensures the ideal level of humidity in each room. OPC interface as standard. Optionally, you can visualize the controller on a computer and record the data.
