Fränkische offers a complete ventilation solution - a system of high-quality Profi-Air polymer air ducts and all necessary components.
The Profi-Air system is a flexible polymer air duct with a smooth inner surface with antistatic and antibacterial coating.
There are two types of air ducts: classic round and tunnel.

Round air duct Profi-air® classic

Flexible double-walled pipe, resistant to mechanical impact, with antistatic and antibacterial coating. The smooth inner surface provides easy cleaning and good aerodynamic characteristics. Tightness of connection of pipes with shaped elements is reached at the expense of a sealing ring. Operating temperature parameters: from -25 to 60 ° C
Guaranteed hygiene
Smooth, antibacterial and antistatic inner surface provides the highest hygienic characteristics. Hygienic safetyconfirmed by the German Institute of Hygiene.
Highest flexibility
The high elasticity of the pipe allows bending with a minimum radius, without the use of shaped elements.

Three sizes available
In addition to the standard sizes 75 and 90, the Profi-air® classic pipe is also available in size 63. This minimum diameter requires little installation space and is therefore ideal for renovation.

Air duct tunnel Profi-air® tunnel

Tunnel-shaped pipe, double-walled, resistant to mechanical impact, with antistatic and antibacterial coating. Smooth interior the surface provides easy cleaning and good aerodynamic characteristics. The connection is made using a connector/ sealing element. Delivery in bays and rods. Operating temperature parameters: from -25 to 60 ° C

Air distribution systems

Fränkische offers a comprehensive air distribution system that, in addition to piping, also includes all the necessary distributors, fittings, diffusers and filters. All elements of the air duct system meet high hygienic characteristics and guarantee reliable and silent operation.

One of the main elements of the air supply and exhaust system are ventilation distributors. The offered air distributors are made of galvanized steel or plastic. One of the latest innovations of the company is a profile flat collector with 6 outlets for a ventilation system with heat recovery, which can be used in a variety of situations.
Regardless of the construction conditions, the flat collector offers the perfect solution for every situation. Depending on the installation location, the flat collector can be connected to the ventilation unit by three possible pipe options: oval ducts, iso-pipes or galvanized air ducts, which are laid outside or integrated into the concrete floor.

The flat collector with optimized design geometry has six connections for the classic profi-air ventilation pipe. The coupling provides additional flexibility: it is possible to connect classic pipes with nominal diameters of 63, 75 and 90 mm. You can get 12 connections by connecting two flat collectors.
