The heating and cooling system of the house is made on the basis of warm floors. The floor surface can be used for both heating and cooling. The main heat generator at the facility is the Chofu air/water heat pump. The combination of a heat pump with a low-temperature surface system guarantees maximum comfort and efficiency. Fränkische pipes and Danfoss distributors were used for the underfloor heating system. a system of flexible Fränkische ventilation ducts is also laid in the thickness of the thermal insulation boards.
