The heating and cooling systems of the house are completely based on surface systems. Floor, wall and ceiling surfaces can be used for both heating and cooling. The main heat generator at the facility is a geothermal heat pump. The combination of a heat pump with a low-temperature surface system guarantees maximum comfort and efficiency. Thanks to ground probes, a passive cooling system is used to cool the building. Fränkische pipes were used for the floor heating system, and D-10mm pipes from the Eurotherm company were used for the walls. Plasterboard panels with integrated Leonardo / Eurotherm pipes are used as ceiling panels.
