The heating and cooling system of the house is based on a combination of floor convectors and underfloor heating. The floor surface can be used for both heating and cooling. The main heat generator at the facility is a geothermal heat pump. The combination of a heat pump with a low-temperature surface system guarantees maximum comfort and efficiency. Thanks to ground probes, a passive cooling system is used to cool the building. Fränkische pipes and Danfoss distributors were used for the floor heating system.
