    • The heating and cooling system of the house is made on the basis of warm floors. The floor surface can be used for both heating and cooling. The main heat generator at the facility is a Waterkotte air/water heat pump. The combination of a heat pump with a low-temperature surface system guarantees maximum comfort and efficiency.
