  • Eco Pack Waterkotte flow-through hot water preparation station
  • Frankische heat recovery ventilation unit

    • The heat pump provides heating, cooling and hot water supply to the facility. The house is heated and cooled only by surface systems: warm floors and warm/cold walls. The facility uses a "passive" cooling system. The low temperature of the soil is directly used to cool the building, without the operation of the heat pump compressor. The facility is also equipped with a heat recovery ventilation system and Fränkische flexible polymer air ducts.
