Installed equipment
The heating system of the house combines several heat sources:

  • Geothermal heat pump EcoTouch DS5029 / Waterkotte, power 17.4 kW
  • Condensation pellet boiler PS Condensation 20 kW / Herz
  • Bosch electric boiler
  • AquaPlasma / Paradigma solar vacuum collector.

    • Home heating system : underfloor heating and floor convectors. Cooling system: duct fan coils.
    The facility uses a passive cooling system that uses low-temperature ground probes to feed directly into the system without turning on the compressor.
    The house is equipped with a ventilation system with heat recovery based on Fränkische polymer air ducts and a ventilation unit. EcoVent 400 /Waterkotte. The ventilation system is supplemented with a humidifier Pichler.
    BWT home water purification and treatment system.
    Also, sewerage and water supply systems were installed and plumbing equipment was installed.
