Installed equipment:
  • Geothermal heat pump EcoTouch DS5050 /Waterkotte, 42 kW (at B0/W35)
  • Heat source for the heat pump - Frank geothermal vertical probes (10 probes of 90 meters each)
  • Eco Pack / Waterkotte flow hot water preparation station

    • The heat pump provides heating, cooling and hot water supply to the facility. The house is heated and cooled 100% only thanks to surface systems: warm floor, warm/cold walls and cold ceilings (plasterboard panels with integrated pipes). The facility uses a "passive" cooling system. The low temperature of the soil is directly used to cool the building, without the operation of the heat pump compressor. The system is complemented by a Paradigma heliothermal installation with Aqua Plasma 19/50 collectors (collector field area - 15 square meters), which is used for hot water heating and pool heating. The facility is also equipped with a Helios heat recovery ventilation system and Frankische flexible polymer air ducts.
