The Viscore installation uses an integrated high-pressure pump to supply pre-treated water through a system of high-pressure piping to individual areas where it is distributed through spray modules. High-performance Micro Drop nozzles provide maximum spraying for a long service life. The new design not only implements the convenient and modern principle of "plug-and-play", but above all embodies the most modern innovative solutions in the field of humidification.
The central control unit regulates the operating time and intervals of the humidification process, and the humidity sensors transmit the current values of humidity to the graphic touch control panel PLC.
The system consists of the following components:
Depending on the system configuration, one zone (EZ) or a maximum of four zones (MZ) is monitored
FS150 Humidity Sensor
The sensor measures the relative humidity in individual areas of humidity.
If necessary, the humidity can be adjusted in each zone.
Humidity sensor FS150 perfectly copes with its fast reaction time and high level of accuracy.
PLC controller
Intelligent PLC control with graphic touch panel and easy navigation reads the values of humidity sensors and ensures ideal humidity in the room. Zones are regulated individually
Flexibility in every aspect
The modular design offers the optimal solution for every situation. The high pressure system and reverse osmosis can be combined as a whole or used separately. The system can be expanded from 1 to 4 zones (MZ) at any time.
