Firematic

HERZ firematic series boilers are hot water boilers for burning wood chips or pellets. Compact, extremely economical and easy to operate. The HERZ firematic boiler range offers capacities from 20 to 499 kW.

Description and principle of operation

The heat carrier circulating through the system of the high-efficiency heat exchanger of a copper is heated to the temperature established by automatic equipment (T Control), proceeding from indications of the sensor of external temperature and temperature modes of heating circuits (in a control set of 2 heating circuits). The maximum temperature of boiler water is 95 ° C. The fuel is automatically supplied by an auger conveyor to the intermediate sluice chamber located near the boiler. The sluice chamber serves as a barrier between the fuel storage and the boiler and is an element of the reverse combustion protection system. From the sluice. The fuel is supplied to the burner chamber by means of a built-in automatic conveyor. The burner is a system of perforated, movable and stationary grate. Periodicity of fuel supply, volume of air regulated by the exhaust fan, cycles of operation of a copper and change of modes, display of a condition of a copper and adjustment of operating parameters is carried out by means of electronic control system T - Control allowing the copper to function in automatic mode.

The basic complete set of a copper includes the T-Control control panel which provides:

  • weather-dependent control for 1 (one) mixing circuit
  • Drive tank management
  • DHW boiler heating control
  • 60 ° C return line temperature maintenance
  • automatic ignition
  • Lambda control
  • automatic cleaning of burner and heat exchanger, removal of ash into separate ashtrays
  • Quickly diagnose errors (there is an error log)
